We use your information to schedule and perform your service, send booking confirmations and service updates, charge the flat service fee after your job is completed, and respond to your questions.

If you opt in by checking the consent box when booking, we send you text messages about your booking, such as confirmations and service updates.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only with the service providers that help us operate: Stripe (payment processing) and Twilio (text-message delivery). As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
